- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your shipment, provided:
- The item is in original condition – unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- You include all parts, accessories, and documentation
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked “Final Sale” during promotions
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
