We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale” during special promotions
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
